Services

Purpose-built for the demands of litigation.

Six lines of work, one standard. Every transcript is produced by a legal specialist, checked by a second against the audio, and formatted to the order that governs it.

  1. 01

    Deposition transcription

Verbatim transcripts of audio- and video-recorded depositions, in Q and A with by-lines, exhibit references and an errata sheet, built to be cited directly in motions and trial preparation.

  2. 02

Scoping and proofreading for court reporters

Send the translated steno or ASR draft with the audio. We edit it against the recording and return a Track Changes redline in your template.

  3. 03

    Court hearing and trial transcription

Hearings, trials, sentencings and arraignments from the court's recording, with speakers identified by role and name and parentheticals the way the format order prescribes.

  4. 04

    Administrative and agency hearings

Due process hearings, unemployment appeals, licensing boards, tax tribunals and arbitrations, with party labels and exhibits indexed the tribunal's way.

  5. 05

Litigation support: evidentiary audio and video

Interviews, jail calls, body-worn camera, 911 calls and recorded statements, timestamped and speaker-labelled, with a certificate for use with the recording.

  6. 06

    Appellate transcripts

Combined volumes with continuous pagination, one consolidated index of witnesses and exhibits, and the certificate the appellate court requires.
