Terms
- Business days are Monday to Friday, Eastern Time, excluding US federal holidays. The turnaround clock starts when you approve the quote; approvals after 2:00 pm ET count from the next business day.
- Files over four hours, and multi-day proceedings, are quoted with a specific delivery date.
- No minimums and no setup fees.
- Corrections: report anything within 14 days and we correct it at no charge; errors on our side are fixed the same business day.
- Payment by card, ACH or wire in US dollars.
- Cancellation: no charge before assignment; work completed to the point of cancellation is billed after assignment.
